アプリ強制インストール事件、ヨドバシ、au、ソフトバンク、docomoショップで。@digimaga

おはようございます
今日の注目はAndroidスマートフォン契約時の注意についてです
一部販売代理店にてGoogleのアカウントとパスワードを記入させ、強制的にアプリをインストールさせるところがあるそうです

「またまたご冗談を……」と思ってGoogle+で呼びかけてみれば出るわ出るわ
先日のヨドバシと同じくauやソフトバンクだけかと思ったらdocomoショップでも行われているそうです
全キャリア、ボッシュートです

記事によればインストールされるアプリはクーポン系アプリ、SNSアプリ、情報誌系アプリ、携帯電話向けアプリ会社のアプリ、キャリア非依存系メッセージサービスアプリだそうですが、こういうことが起きてることが信じられません

そもそも他人のアカウントやパスワードを紙に記入させること自体がおかしいでしょう
セキュリティもへったくれもありません
オフラインフィッシングですかそうですか

日本全国・年間約1万件以上のイベント情報を検索・参照することができるアプリです

本日六本木のホテルにて行われた「緊急記者会見」。田中良和社長内容は、GREEがDeNAを訴訟した、というものだった。訴訟準備は、8月から進められていたという。ベイスターズを買収したばかりのDeNAにとっては、タイミング的にも“最悪”なニュースだ。

グリー株式会社は、KDDI株式会社と共同で、本日11月21日、東京地方裁判所において、株式会社ディー・エヌ・エーに対し訴訟を提起した。

経緯としては、

1　今年6月9日、公正取引委員会によって、DeNAのモバゲータウン（当時）が不公正な取引方法に該当し、私的独占の禁止及び公正取引確保に関する法律（独占禁止法）に違反するものとして、排除措置命令が出されていた。

2　DeNAは、特定のソーシャルゲーム提供事業者（SAP）に対して「GREEにゲームを提供したら、そのSAPのゲームのリンクをモバゲータウンには載せない」などとし、GREEに対してのゲーム提供を妨害した独占禁止法妨害行為が認められている。

3　DeNAは、1の措置命令に基づいて、2のような行為をしないことが義務付けられていた。

4　措置命令は、確定している。

5　GREEは、違法行為と認定されているDeNAの行為について見過ごすことはできない。また、DeNAの違法行為はインターネット業界に対して大きなマイナスの影響を与えており、その影響はいまだに続いている。そのためインターネット業界の健全な発展をゆがめる恐れがあり、消費者に対しても公益を害している。

ということで、「au one GREE」を共同提供しているKDDI株式会社と、共同原告として訴訟を提起したようだ。訴求内容は、不法行為に基づく損害賠償請求とし、額は金10億5000万円以上（グリー：9億、KDDI：1億5000万）ということだ

〔１〕自分で問題を発見できる人
「何でもやります」という人よりも、自分で「どんな問題があるが」「どうすれば問題を解決できるか」を考え、
変革を実行できる人が求められている
〔２〕当事者意識をもてる人
「自分が頑張ることで会社が変わる」という気概をもつ人は、戦い続けて結果を出せる
反対に、社員で
ありながら他人事のように考えてしまう人は変革者になれない

モチベーションはつねに一定より高いレベルに維持するべき

悔しいときこそやる気を出そう

－守安社長のような高いモチベーションを保つにはどうしたらいいでしょうか

守安私の場合、もって生まれた性格というのもあるので、他人が真似をするのはなかなか難しいかもしれません
でも、何かのきっかけでスイッチが入って変わる、ということはあると思います
たとえば、できる人と話すとモチベーションが上がるということはよくあるでしょう
やる気のある人、優秀な人が多い場に身を置くのもよいでしょうね
それと、心底悔しいと感じる経験をして、"なにくそ"と思ってモチベーションを高めること
失敗したときに「しょうがないか」と思ったらダメです

－会社に変化を起こすという意味で、守安社長のように技術部門だけでなくマーケティング部門や管理部門など、幅広い分野を体験することは大事でしょうか

守安いまにして思うと、いろいろなことをやらされた、ということだと思います
（笑）
ただ、私はつねに興味の対象が変わっていくタイプです
技術者になったときも、プログラムがすごく好きだったというわけではなくて、それを使って新しいサービスをやっていくことに興味がありました
１つのことを続けているとつまらなくなるし、いろいろなことをやってみたいのです
リーダーをめざすならばジェネラリストとしてさまざまな経験を積みながらやっていったほうがいいと思います
ですから私の場合、多様な仕事を振られて、会社の事業全体に詳しくなっていったのはよかったと思います

－ほかに、ビジネスマンが自分を成長させるために心がけるべき点はありますか

守安「キャリアアップ」という発想は、あまりよくないと思います
面接で「起業に向けて勉強したい」などという人がいますが、仕事は勉強や自己成長のためにするものではなく、成果を出すためにするものですから
成果を出すために努力して、その結果、成長するのだと思います
勉強や成長を目的に仕事をしたり会社を選ぶのは間違っていると思います
働き方は個人の価値観次第ですから、決められた時間で決められたタスクをこなして、決められた給料をもらって、あとは自分の好きなことをしていたいという人もいていい
そういう人が会社とある程度距離をとって働くというのはありでしょう
でも、ビジネスの世界で勝っていこう、トップまで昇りつめようとなったら、まずは現在の会社で結果を出すことが重要です
ビジネスでトップをめざすという気持ちが本気であればあるほど、会社と自分を一体化するくらいのマインドで、結果を求めていく必要があると思います

会社は苦手なことをやらせたりはしない

－ では、希望と違う仕事を担当することになったとしても、それはチャンスと捉えるべきなのでしょうか？

守安そうですね
そもそも、仕事を割り振るときに、どうみても本人の適性に合わないことをやらせる会社はないですよ
結果的に損をするのは会社ですから
ということは、本人の希望とは一致しないにしても、「この人にならできる」「じつは向いているはず」「こういう仕事もできるようになれば、もっと価値ある人材になるだろう」といった見込みをもって仕事を振っているはずです
つまり、会社はその人にとって意味のある仕事をアサインするわけです
たとえ興味がなくても、まずはしっかり取り組んでみるほうがいいでしょう

－ ディー・エヌ・エーもいまや業界をリードする規模の企業になりました
社員のマインドの変質が心配なのではないですか？

守安会社が大きくなると新しい人がたくさん入ってきますから、「うちは大企業でも何でもない
チャレンジャーなんだlというマインドを浸透させるのはたしかに大変です
弊社は現状では成長していますが、そこで満足していてはダメだと思っています
安泰なんてことはなくて、放っておけば下がっていくと考えないと
「誰かが何とかしてくれるだろう」という人間が集まってきたら危険です
もちろん、いまでも相対的にみればチャレンジングな人材の多い会社だと思います

－ 変革者のマインドをもった人材を維持し、増やしていくためには、やはり採用がポイントなのでしょうか
それとも入社後の教育が重要なのでしょうか

守安教育で能力を伸ばすことも重要ですが、まずは採用です
やる気があって優秀な人材に面白い仕事を与えれば自然と成長していきます
だからまずはポテンシャルのある人間を入れることをめざしています
そもそも、大卒の新入社員であれば20歳をすぎた立派な大人です
教育を受けるという受け身の姿勢ではなく、自ら学んで成長しょうという姿勢をもっているべきでしょう

守安ひと言でいえば、「何をするべきか」を自分で考えられる人でしょう
逆に、「何でもやります！」という人は求めていません
現在はビジネス環境の変化が激しくなってきており、普通にやっていればそれなりに業績が伸びていくという時代ではありません
ルーチンワークを懸命にやったところで成功は期待できません

その中で勝ち続けようとすれば外部環境の変化を見極める、絶えず自分たちのやり方を変えていくということが必須です
自分で「どんな問題があるか」「どうすれば問題を解決できるか」を考え、変革を実行できる人材がどれだけ揃っているかが、会社の成長力に直結します
「何でもやります」と仕事を与えられるのを待っている人では困るわけです

－守安社長ご自身は、ディー・エヌ・エーの成長を牽引してこられたわけですが、これまで、会社とどのようなスタンスでつき合ってこられたのでしょうか

守安私が入社したとき、ディー・エヌ・エーはまだ社員が10人いるかいないか
会社と自分が一体とまではいきませんが、「自分が頑張ることで会社が成長する」と感じやすかったのは確かですね

－当事者意識が人一倍強いということでしょうか

守安そうです
たとえば、自分の勤務先について「ウチの会社はダメだ」「このままじゃ業境が悪化するよ」などと他人事のように批判する人もいると聞きますが、それならどうして自分が変えようとしないのでしょう
その会社の一員なら、会社をよくしようと考えるべきだと思うのです

－ 他人事に思っているうちは解決しない、と

守安「自分が頑張れば会社は変わるんだ」と思っている人、会社と自分が一体になっている人が多い会社ほど強いと思います
逆に、「自分一人が何をいっても会社は変わらない」という人ばかりが集まると、ほんとうに会社は変われなくなってしまう
実際には、ほんの数人が新しいものを生み出し、とんでもない価値を生み出す例はいくらでもあります
「Mobage（モハゲー）」にせよ「怪盗ロワイヤル」にせよ、開発したのは5人ほどのチームですから


"良質な非常識" を備えた人材をめざせ

－ 変革を起こせる人というのは、具体的にはどんなタイプの人材なのでしょうか

守安社内で大事にしている考え方で、「良質な非常識」というのがあります
常識だと思われていることを疑える感覚をもっている人です
社内で定着している業務のフロー、あるいは業界慣習といったもののなかには非効率なまま放置されている習慣がたくさんあります
しかし誰もが「変えられないもの」「仕方のないこと」と思い込んでいることは多いです
ほんとうは「これだけ環境が変わっているのに、ずっと同じやり方をしているのはおかしいよね」と声を上げなければいけない
それが「良質な非常識」を備えた人材です

－ 「良質な非常識」を発揮できる人材というのは、やはり目のつけどころや発想法が独特なのでしょうか

守安というより、まずは大前提としてマインドが高いです
自分から新しいことを生み出そう、チャレンジしてやろうという気持ちがないと難しいと思います

－ とはいえ、なかなか「自分の力で会社を変えられる」という自信がもてない人も多いと思いますが

守安そういう人は、おそらくチャレンジしたことがなく、いっても無駄だとあきらめている人ではないかと思います
ほんとうにやりたいことがあれば、提案ひとつするにも徹底的に調査をして、誰よりも詳しくなったうえで上司などを説得するはずです
思いつきで発言して「何をいっても通らない」というのではダメです

－ 社長になる前から、いろいろな提案をあげることで会社を動かしてこられたことと思います
説得して人を動かすという点で、とくに心がけてこられたことはありますか

守安とにかくファクトを全部集めて、事実ベースで主張することです
「Aのほうがいいんじゃないの？」と言われたら「いやBにすべきです」と根拠を挙げられるように準備しておく
議論では機転を利かせることももちろん大事ですが、いちばん重要なのはファクトです
自分が扱う商品について勉強したり、競合を分析したりという程度のこともしないまま、戦って負けている人が結構多い気がします

－お話をうかがっていると、守安社長は仕事に対して非常に強い心をもっているなと感じます
これまでに、「やる気がなくなった」というような経験はおありですか？

守安私自身は、「やる気がない」ということがまずないんです
そもそも私は「モチベーション」という言葉が嫌いです
よく、「失敗してモチベーションが下がった」などという人がいますが、ビジネスの場では戦っていけないでしょう
モチベーションというのはつねに一定より高いレベルに高めておくのが大切だと考えています
モチベーションに波があるなら、それを何とか一定に保つ努力をすることも必要でしょう
努力をしても結果が出ずに、つらい思いをすることもあるでしょうが、それならその努力が無駄にならないよう、失敗を成長の機会とすべきではないでしょうか
なかにはそんなに努力もせずに他人や環境のせいにして、「モチベーションが下がった」という言葉を言い訳にしている人もいるように感じます
自分で考えて、自分でやってきた結果だと考えていれば、うまくいかないことがあっても「もっと頑張らなきや」と思えるはずです

Wind shifts during the night would cause bands of smoke from fires 100 miles away on Mt Hood to pass over Rainier. All pieces of land suitable for pasture are assigned to families of reindeer breeders, or Sovkhoz brigades. An unexpected side-effect of the 2010 flooding in parts of Sindh, Pakistan, was that millions of spiders climbed up into the trees to escape the rising flood waters; because of the scale of the flooding and the fact that the water took so long to recede, many trees became cocooned in spiders webs. People in the area had never seen this phenomenon before, but they also reported that there were less mosquitos than they would have expected, given the amount of standing water that was left. Not being bitten by mosquitoes was one small blessing for people that had lost everything in the floods. (© Russell Watkins) #

This place is very special to me. The fèllensee is placed at the bottom of the hundstei (dog stone). I know this might sound silly, but since my dog and I grew up just around the corner and the naming of the mountain, I chose this very calm lake as a final resting place for Spock (my dog) so he would have the biggest gravestone of all dogs out there. That morning we had a farewell ceremony for Spock. I took this picture and we summited the hundstei to his honor (which was a very emotional challenge). This picture of his resting place is now hanging in our kitchen to remember him. (© Nino Benninger) #

This a portrait that I took of my Grandfather. He was a photographer and I wanted to show all his wonderful old cameras and his life in an editorial styled portrait. He just turned 95 years old and still remembers how all his old camera's work. I shot this with my cannon 7d body,and Tamron 17-55mm zoom lens. The lighting is with a 1200w Pro photo 2 head kit with 2 medium soft boxes. As well I used a 580 ex2 canon speed lite and diffused it with a paper lantern that I made into a diffusion for my speed lite. I really love this picture and hope you like it as well. Death valley averages just 1.58 inches of rainfall a year. Yet somehow, in my first trip there in four years, we catch a storm. Not just a storm, an electrical storm. At sunset, of all times. This was the reward for years of trips gone awry, blank skies, drenching downpours, and for every other cause of failed photography endeavors. To me, this is an example of the best thing that can happen to a photographer. To be in the right place, at the right time - and to not mess it up too badly. (© Jeff Engelhardt) #

Within an ultra modern society Japan still maintains to hold traditions passed down from generation to generation making it one of the most beautiful and intriguing places in the world. The city of Gion in Kyoto is one of those places that you will walk into and forget about all the flashing lights the rest of Japan has to offer. Its brick paved streets holds some buildings that have been maintained like the old traditional Japan. One morning while on the Big Island of Hawaii, I was exploring my surroundings to see if I could find something to photograph. I almost went back inside when something on this huge palm tree leaf caught my eye. I stayed around and it was this little gecko, startled by my presence he was hidden between the ridges of the leaf. He would pop his head up periodically to check his surroundings; as soon as he saw I was still there he would hide again. We played this game for a while until I got the shot. (© Lorenzo Menendez) #

I have been trying to follow a leopard with cubs for the last year, and spend a lot of nights with them. She has no tracking device, so when I find her I try to stay with her as long as possible. On this particular evening a brown hyena stole her kill (a springbok ) and was sitting on a rock ledge with the moon rising behind her.
